New investment product range

A wide ranging holistic investment platform was being developed in parallel with a major change in branding. A clear understanding was needed of the response of different types of adviser to both the investment concept and branding/ rebranding implications, as well as proposed positioning and communications approaches for the adviser market.

Depth interviews were held with advisers to explore responses to a range of internal and external managed funds, wraps and drawdown/ annuity options, as well as the new branding and communications approaches.

The output was used to refine the positioning and communications approach adopted for the adviser community.
